Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. We have a zero-tolerance policy for last minute no call no shows. As a small business last minute cancellations greatly affect us and clients wanting to schedule. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There will be a 15-minute grace period given to each client before you are marked as a no show. If we are not given the courtesy of more than a 24-hour notice for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $20.00 for a Consultation or $50.00 for Tattoo Removal appointment or Carbon Facial, no exceptions. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so through the confirmation and reminder texts our system sends.
